Ingredients. :
Pearl millet -1 cup
water -4 cups
salt -1/2 tsp
Garlic Thuvayal : Grind – Peeled garlic -15 flakes,
salt, Red chilli powder.
1 tsp ghee for frying

      If you send it to mill it may become fine powder.Sprinkle water or wash it well.Drain and keep for haly an hr and tell them to give very coarse powder.Take required quantity, sift and use as mentioned in the video.Same thing whatever is left over to be soaked in water.Next day add buttermilk and salt.Very tasty probiotic drink is ready.
