Ingredients : 1 cup rice – cooked , salt , oil , Mustard , Blackgram dhal , Bengal gram dhal , cashews , Asafoetida , red chillies
Grind : mint -1/2 bunch , coriander leaves , green chilli , Red chilli , tamarind , dry coconut
Baby corn , peas ,Roasted peanuts

    Excellent recipe madam! Planning on making it soon. Looks very tasty.

    Long time ago My Paatee used to make Pudhina sadham [without kothamalli] with slightly different recipe but used to add some roasted ulunthu to the pudhina while grinding and this used to give a nutty flavour to the rice

      ​@Mallika Badrinath veetu samayal / Mallika Badrinath Thank you for replying Madam. The method followed by my Paatee was similar to Thuvayal Sadham. By the way I prepared the Kothamali+Pudhina sadham [ypur recipe] yesterday [with whatever ingredients I could salvage from my Kitchen] and it came out well! My wife loved it and gobbled most of what I had prepared. Thank you for the posting the excellent recipe in your video!
