I am using processed ragi flour( soaked, dried in shade and powdered in mill). Cumbu flour also. But I’m not adding aval. I’ll try.

Pudina rice was excellent mam.can we use sprouted ragi flour for this idly
Thank u mam.I used sprout ragi and add idly rice black urad dhal vengayam and grind in flour mill for ragi dosai.due to lockdown i grinded sprouted ragi in mixie itself.thats why I asked .
There is another method for using Ragi flour.I will show that method.
