Cut Coriander leaves – 3 cups
Tamarind (cleaned and soaked in water) — 50 gms
Salt – 1 1/2 Tbl spns
Red chillies – 20
Jaggery (optional) – small piece
Mustard Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Oil – as required
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
