I too will make like you mam.i like only this type of laddu only.but most of them are using whole sooji.superb.
I like this type only.
Would like to share one small thing. Yelakkai pola ve krambum adhigam suvaiaayaga irukkiradhu.
You can roast the cloves in ghee along with the sliced nuts or separately because
Those made for children can be made first (if need be)and then the cloves added later.It gives a wonderful aroma.
My mil used to grind the roasted cloves along with the roasted rawa.
