pulipu, kaara suvaiyil nalla irukum.
@4.58, water can wrapped in a cloth very good idea mam

I make it without grinding sago.
Soak overnight in curd . Mix with rice flour 1: 6 or even 8 . . No need for hot oil . Will come very crispy also easy to squeeze in any type tenkuzal achhu .

Can i add water instead of thairu?
And can i add javarisi flour amd mix?
You can add javvarisi flour.Always sour whipped curds gives better taste.If you don’t want you can avoid.
