In the beginning eat once in a week Gradually increase. Body will get used to that. Eat slowly munching minimum 20 times for a mouthful
Mam can’t we do it without adding baking soda. I am not suppose to eat soda
Keep for few hours after grinding.No need for soda, if the batter ferments little.

Too much oil
I use less oil for myself. My husband and mother in law likes to have more oil.I always give them first.She will touch and see.
