Idli : Par boiled rice ( Idli Rice )- 3 Cups , Raw rice -1 cup , sago – 2 Tbl. Sps. Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp, salt, Black gram dhal -1 Cup, water to soak and grind dhal -3 cups .

      Wash the grinder with hot water and mix with batter. Use one woolen blanket to cover the sides to keep it warm. It will help to raise the batter . Keep for 24 hours
