Par boiled rice (Idli Rice) – 1 cup
Red chillies -3
Roasted gram flour
( பொட்டுக் கடலை மாவு)-1/4 Cup
Roasted urad flour -1 Tbl.sp
salt -1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp heaped
